Obituary for Karen René Miller Karen René Miller, 66, of Gray, went to meet the Lord, our God, on Saturday, June 09, 2018 at the Johnson City Medical Center. A native of Fairview Heights, IL, she is the daughter to the late Inman Edward and Helen Marie Ferguson. Karen was a member of Gray Station Baptist Church.

She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, especially to help charities for the church. She also loved her bible studies and making people feel welcome and loved at her church. Those left to cherish Karen’s memory include her husband of twenty-one years, Billy W. Miller II; children, Amy Wagner (John), Kelly Azpurua, and Jason Hayes; step-children, Molly Langsdorf (Michael), Meredith Fram, Billy W. Miller III (Anna), and Michael Shakley; siblings, Scott Ferguson (Mary) and Dana Ferguson; fifteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Gray Station Baptist Church family and Pastor Arden Taylor. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to James H. Quillen VA Medical Center, www. mountainhome.

va.gov/giving/index. asp. The family will gather to receive friends at Gray Station Baptist Church, 5107 N. Roan St., Johnson City, TN 37615, on Wednesday, June 13, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM.

A Celebration of Life service will immediately follow with Pastor Arden Taylor officiating. A committal and interment will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, June 14, 2018 at Washington County Memory Gardens. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet by 2:50 PM at the mausoleum.

Billy Miller III, Michael Shakley, Mike Langsdorf, Jim Fram, John Wagner, and Gary Elsdon will serve as pallbearers. Memories and condolences may be shared at www.
