Obituary for Kathleen “Kitty” N. Boedicker Kathleen “Kitty” N. Boedicker, 81, of Wapakoneta, died 10:06 p.m., Sunday May 20, 2018, at the Wapakoneta Manor. She was born Dec. 19, 1936, in Wapakoneta, the daughter of James E. & Melba (Young) Wolfe, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include, 3 children, Tim (Kathy) Schneider, New Knoxville, OH, Cindy (Ken) Bailey, Wapakoneta, Mitch (Melissa) Boedicker, Fairborn, OH, 6 grandchildren, Jamie Chinn, Brooke (Eric) Oen, Ryan Owsley, Chris (Melissa) Owsley, Ty Boedicker, Trey Boedicker, 7 great grandchildren, a sister, Barbara Symonds, Troy, OH, She was preceded in death by a sister, Karen, and her long-time companion, George “Skip” Brodie. Kitty retired in 1993 from Superior Tube, Wapakoneta. She later worked at the Wapakoneta Eagles and McDonalds Restaurant in Wapakoneta.

She was an auxiliary member of the Fraternal Order of the Eagles Aerie #691, V.F.W. Post #8445, and the American Legion Post #330 all of Wapakoneta. She enjoyed traveling, collecting cookbooks and McDonald’s Toys. Funeral services will be 3:00 p.m., Thurs.

May 24, 2018, at the Eley Funeral Home and Crematory, 1102 Lincoln Ave. (St. Rt. 501), Wapakoneta, Pastor Justin McCall officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta. The family will receive friends from 12-3 p.m., Thurs. at the funeral home.
