Obituary for Robert M. “Bob” Maddy Robert M. ”Bob” Maddy, 69, of Wapakoneta, died 9:58 a.m., Fri. May 18, 2018, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center. He was born Aug.

4, 1948, in Piqua, OH, the son of Melvin T. & Montabele (Hoffman) Maddy, who preceded him in death. On March 7, 2007, he married Cheryl D. Coffman, and she survives. Other survivors include, 3 step-children, Aaron (Kathi) Stephens, Harrod, OH, Brad (Derek Ruen) Stephens, Lima, Carrie (Jon Moore) Landwehr, Versailles, OH, 5 grandchildren, Hayley, Jacob, Summer, Dalton, & Jacob, 3 great grandchildren, Addie, Adrian, & Emmalyn, siblings, Tom Maddy, Port Jefferson, OH, Gary Maddy, Degraff, OH, Connie (Don) Iler, TX.

Bob retired in 2015 as a production worker, after 32 years of service at Honda Corp. , Anna. A 1966 graduate of Sidney High School, he was a member of Prairie View Golf Club.

Bob enjoyed playing golf, watching sports on TV, working in his yard and flower beds. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m., Mon. May 21, 2018, at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory, 1102 Lincoln Ave.

, (St. Rt. 501) Wapakoneta, with Pastor Justin McCall officiating. Burial is to follow in the Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.

The family will receive friends 2-6 p.m., Sun. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Auglaize Co. Humane Society.
