Kattie Marie Horsley, 80 HARTFORD CITY – Kattie Marie Horsley, 80, passed away at 5:52 a.m. Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at Bridgewater Nursing Centre. She was born in Blue Creek, Ohio on March 14, 1938 to Oscar W. Kidder and Inda “Indi” (Campbell) Kidder. Both of her parents preceded her in death.

She worked at Overhead Door Corp. , Armco and was a farm wife. Kattie enjoyed yard work and traveling with her travel companions, Marybeth Abshire and Pat Storer.

She was a member… Read More » of the Assembly of God Church in Hartford City. She will be sadly missed by her sons, Mike R. (wife, Tina M.) Horsley of Kokomo and Jim R. Horsley of Hartford City; grandchildren, Michael R. (wife, Lara) Horsley, Amanda (husband, Kevin) Anderson, Cindy Hawes (companion, Mike Daniel), Laura (husband, Bob) Rasmussen and Jamey (wife, Darla) Tucker; step-grandsons, Josh Winchester and Matt Winchester; sister, Mary (husband, Jerry) Grooms of Hillsboro, OH; several great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She is also preceded in death by her sisters, Grethel Kidder, Lucy May, Violet Williams, Goldie Knox and brother, Jesse Kidder.

Funeral Service will be at 6 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Keplinger Funeral Home, 509 N. High St. Hartford City with Rev. Bobby Thomas officiating. Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. Friday, October 19, 2018 at Keplinger Funeral Home.
