Kelsey Rose Brouillette, 18, of Charlotte, NC went to be with the Lord on October 28, 2018. Kelsey Rose was born October 31, 1999 in Charlotte, NC to Samuel Patrick Brouillette and Kimberly Beth Huddle Brouillette. Kelsey Rose Brouillette was a talented artist with a compassion for others and a desire to make the world a better place.

She looked forward to helping children through art therapy upon the completion of her college degree. She strove to improve herself and had a deep love for her family. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her grandfather Jack Carl Huddle; and grandmother Etta Mae Walker Brouillette. Survivors include her father, Samuel Patrick Brouillette and wife, Mary of Charlotte, NC; mother, Kimberly Beth Brouillette and Chris Matheny of Concord, NC; siblings Crystal, James, Ashlyn and Megan; grandparents Pamilla and Robert Tolen, Sr.; as well as numerous family and friends. The family will receive friends from 12:30 pm – 2:00 pm, Friday, November 2, 2018 at New Hope Worship Center.

The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm, officiated by Rev. Dale Jenkins and Pastor Andrew Edwards. Burial will take place at Rocky River Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
