Obituary for Kenneth Wayne Lawson Kenneth Wayne Lawson, 67, of Rushville passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 in Indianapolis. Kenneth was born in New Castle, IN on April 10, 1951 to Pauline D. Lawson Steigerwalt. He married Penny Zimmerman on September 21, 2002 and she survives.

He worked in food preparation at Brooks Foods in Mt Summit retiring after 27 years of service. Kenneth attended the Indian Creek Christian Church in Indianapolis. Kenneth collected swords, knives and loved Harley Davidsons.

In addition to his wife, Penny, of Rushville, Kenneth is survived by his mother, Pauline D. (Lawson) Steigerwalt of Chesterfield, a son, Joshua Crousore Herbert and wife Karen of Rushville, a daughter, Suzanne and husband Allan Bullock of Hagerstown, a brother, Ernie Lee Crabtree and wife Terrie of Winter Haven, FL, a sister, Russhelle and husband Darren Jester of New Castle, 2 grandchildren, Emma Lee Hicks, Korben Crousore-Herbert and 4 step grandchildren, Guy ,Tersa, Amity Herrington and Caleb Williams. A memorial service will be held at 1 PM Saturday, August 4, 2018 at Moster Mortuary, Rushville with Jim Lawler presiding. Friends are welcome to visit from 11:30 AM until the time of service that same day at the mortuary.
