Kimberly Renee Hahn Wright, age 46, of St. Croix Falls, died Tuesday, September 25, 2018, surrounded by her loving family at home. Kimberly was born September 29, 1971, in Fort Wainwright, Alaska, the daughter of Ronald and Patricia (Fredericks) Hahn. She graduated from Saint Croix Falls High School in 1989.

In her life she worked at many different places, some… Read More » of which were the Good Samaritan Center as an Aide, Pepsi, and Plastic Products Inc. which is where she and Steve met.

In Kim’s high school years she loved to play softball, and throw discus and shotput in track. She was the regional champ in Discus her senior year of high school. Kim was a wonderful cook for many years and was very proud of pleasing people with food.

At Christmas time Kim would make cookies and sell them for extra Christmas money. Before Kim’s health made it difficult, she liked to hunt and fish. She enjoyed going to the casino with friends and family and playing bingo.

Kim also liked to watch the Vikings play football. What Kim will most miss from this life is her friends and family, but she knows that she will be free of the earthly pain and waiting to be reunited at God’s heavenly banquet. Kim was preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents, Robert and Amy Dickenson and Louie and Mary Alice Fredericks.

She is survived by her husband, Steve Wright; daughter, Morgan; sisters, Val (Tom) Cox, Tammy Hahn, and Tonya Plunkett; nieces and nephews, Patrick and Claire, Jeremiah and MaKayla, Alexis and Nick, and Jack Scudder; mother-in-law, Fay Wright; sister-in-law, Anita Wright; and many more extended family and close friends. Funeral Service will be held 11:00 a.m., Saturday, October 6, 2018, at First Lutheran Church in Cushing. Visitation will be 4-7 p.m. on Friday at Grandstrand Funeral Home in Osceola, and continues one hour prior to the service at the church on Saturday.

Interment will be in the Northern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Spooner at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 8, 2018. In lieu of cut flowers, plants are preferred.
