Obituary for Landon Dale Wyatt Landon Dale Wyatt, 69, of 3928 Old Hwy. 86 North, Yanceyville, NC went home to be with the Lord early on Christmas Day, December 25, 2018 after being in declining health for the past several years. Landon was born in Danville, VA on September 30, 1949, a son to the late Wesley Wyatt and Adele Stowe Warren.

He was a graduate of Bartlett Yancey High School, Class of 1967. He had lived in Greensboro, NC for a number of years prior to moving back to Yanceyville. Landon had retired from Cone Memorial Hospital where he worked as a Senior Project Manager.

He was a member of Community Baptist Church. Landon served with the U.S. Marines during the Vietnam War and he was a member of American Legion Post # 89 and a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post # 7316. Landon is survived by one sister, LeDora W. Green and husband John of Atlanta, GA.

Funeral Services for Landon will be conducted on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. from the Community Baptist Church in Yanceyville, NC by the Reverend Michael Adams and Fred Smith. Interment will follow in the Community Baptist Church Cemetery, 3050 Old NC Hwy. 86, Yanceyville, NC 27379.

Military Honors will be conducted by American Legion Post # 89 & V.F.W Post # 7316. The family will receive friends at the residence, 3928 Old Hwy. 86 North Yanceyville, NC 27379.
