C, Danville, VA, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at SOVAH Health, Danville, VA. Born November 28, 1933 in Pittsylvania County, VA, she was the daughter of the late Roland and Mary Cobbs Stamps.

She was married to the late Clarence Broadnax. Survivors include one granddaughter, Beverly Broadnax of Hartford, CT; three sisters, Lou Ethel Brandon of Alton, VA, Joyce Stamps of Brooklyn, NY and Nancy Brandon of Danville, VA; one brother, Nelson Stamps (Melissa) of South Boston, VA and a host of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents and husband, she was predeceased by one daughter, Elaine Broadnax; six siblings, Betty Skipper, Clarice Stamps, Evelyn Stamps, Roland Stamps, John Stamps and Isaac “Allen” Stamps.

Funeral services are incomplete at this time and will be announced when completed. Fisher and Watkins Funeral Home is assisting the Broadnax family.
