LARRY JAY JOSEPH, age 56, of Washington CH, passed away on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 1:25 p.m. at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. He was born on September 7, 1961 in Fayette County to Gary Leon and Karen June Huffman Joseph. He was a 1980 graduate of Washington High School.

Larry had worked at Girton’s Frozen Food Locker in Washington CH for over twenty-nine years. He enjoyed singing karaoke, watching the Dallas Cowboys, and being with his family and granddaughters. Larry was preceded in death by his father; son, Christopher Joseph; and siblings, Barry Joseph, Terry Joseph, and Ivan Joseph.

Survivors include his mother; children, Michael Joseph, and Justin Joseph; granddaughters, Chrislynn, and Tessa Joseph; and siblings, Gary (Tina) Joseph, Anthony Joseph, James Joseph, and Randy (Amy) Joseph. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.

Friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday evening from 5-8:00 p.m. and again on Tuesday morning from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Online condolences may be sent to www.
