DEBBIE JO MORROW, age 57, of Washington CH, passed away on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at 12:14 a.m. at Fayette County Memorial Hospital. She was born on October 22, 1960 in Fayette County to Norman and Dorothy Baker Clay. Debbie attended Washington High School.

She was most recently employed at Flagway Incorporated on Dayton Avenue where she was manager. Debbie was a loving and devoted daughter, mother, grandmother, and sister. She enjoyed watching The Michigan Wolverines play football and being with her family and granddaughter.

Debbie was preceded in death by her mother; paternal grandparents, Harry and Irene Clay; and maternal grandparents, Arthur and Doris Matson. Survivors include her children, Jenny (Jason) Elzey, Chelsie (Jack) Adams, and John Morrow Jr.; granddaughter, Kayleigh Elzey and baby boy Adams arriving in August; brother and sister-in-law, Dennis (Kathy) Clay; step-mother, Terry Clay; step-siblings, Joe Bell, Michael Bell, Vonda (Daniel) Helsel, and Cindy Isaacs; niece, Sarah Clay; and her special canine companion, Bailey. The funeral service will be held on Friday, June 15, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. at the Summers Funeral Home with Danny Dodds officiating with burial to follow at the Highlawn Cemetery.
