Visitation will be held Saturday, January 12, 2019 12:noon until 12:55pm. at Word of Faith Church in Dyersburg, TN. Funeral Service will follow at 1:00p.m. with Minister Stuart Edmonds officiating.

Burial will be held in Memorial Park Cemetery in Dyersburg, TN. Pallbearers will be David Henning, Clarence Thurmond, Darren Fowlkes, Mandell Arnold, Quintins Russell, Kevin Kirk, Cletus Thurmond. Survivors include; Daughter Amber (Joe) Treadwell, San Antonio, TX.
