Laura Mouille November 15, 1933 – January 03, 2019 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| View Guest Book Entries| Send Sympathy Card MELVILLE ~ Funeral services will be held Sunday, January 6, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. in Melancon Funeral Home of Opelousas for Laura Rebecca Mouille, age 85, the former Laura Triplette, who passed away Thursday, January 3, 2019 at St. Patrick’s Hospital in Lake Charles. Interment will be in First Pentecostal Cemetery. The Rev.

Samuel Ham will officiate at the services. Mrs. Mouille was a native and lifelong resident of Melville, Louisiana, where she was a member of First Pentecostal Church. Survivors include two sons, James Greg Mouille and his wife, Leisha, of Baton Rouge, and Darrell Wayne Mouille, Sr. and his wife, Karen, of Nederland, TX; two daughters, Annie Lillian Pratt and her husband, Monroe, of Groves, TX and Stacey L. Hebert of DeRidder; one brother, William Triplette and his wife, Shirley, of Melville; five grandchildren, Kimberly Bean, Adam Mulhall, Angela Stanford, Charles Johnson Hebert and Earl Frame, III; six great-grandchildren, Katie Bean, Emily Mulhall, Dylan Stanford, Hollie Stanford, Charlie Hebert and Landry Hebert; and one great-great-grandchild, Khloe Koppie.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Byrun Darrell Mouille; her first husband, Earl Frame, Sr.; her parents, Sam Houston Triplette, Sr. and the former Lillian Roxanne Ellis, both natives of Melville; a son, Earl Frame, Jr.; one great grandson, Michael Ducote; a brother, Samuel Houston Triplette, Jr.; three sisters, Edna Earl Frame, Lula Mae Castille and Rosa Lee Devillier. The family requests that visiting hours be observed from 11:00 a.m. Sunday until service time on Sunday. Melancon Funeral Home of Opelousas, 4708 I-49 North Service Road, (337) 407-1907, is in charge of arrangements.
