Laura Sue Shelton, 63, resident of 201 Morgan Ave, passed away Saturday, July 28 2018, at her residence. Born in Utica, New York, on November 19, 1954, she was the daughter of Gentry Lee and the late Mary Fitzpatrick Shelton. After graduating from her local high school, Laura earned her BS degree from Towson State in Maryland.

Upon finishing college, she began her career at Johns Hopkins Hospital and later transitioned over to The University of Baltimore where she worked until retirement. … Read More » Shortly after, Laura moved to South Carolina with her family and eventually found her home in Greenwood. Surviving in addition to her father are two brothers, Jeffery “Jeff” Shelton, of Greenville, and Matthew “Matt” Shelton and wife Lisa, of Gilford, CT.

She is also survived by two nieces, Erin Shelton and Breann Shelton, both of Gilford, CT.
