Lena Petty, 66, of Scottsville, KY passed away Friday, June 29, 2018 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, TN. The Jackson County, TN native was a school nurse at James E. Bazzell Middle School and a daughter of the late Jessie Allen and Nora Mae Roberts Allen. She is survived by her husband: Dennis Petty, Scottsville, KY; 2 sons: Gabe Petty and Ryan Petty and wife, Nicci, all of Scottsville, KY; 1 brother: Jerry Allen, Hartville, OH; Her mother-in-law: Clarine Taylor, Scottsville, KY; 1 brother-in-law: Ray Petty and wife, Pam, Scottsville, KY; 2 grandchildren: Kelsey Petty and Cole Petty and several nieces and nephews; She was preceded in death by 1 sister: Wanda Schray and 1 brother: Charles Allen.

Funeral services will be 1:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Goad Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Patrick officiating and burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11:00 A.M. Monday at Goad Funeral Home.
