Leonard J. “Lenny” Janka age 93, passed away Wednesday September 26, 2018 at Heartland of Mentor. He was born in Cleveland June 10, 1925 to the late Joseph F. and Helen B. (nee Magaleski). He proudly served in the U.S. Army during WWII, and retired from The Cleveland Plain Dealer in 1990, where he was active in the Newspaper Handlers Teamsters Local Union No.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday October 2, 2018 at St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church, 35711 Stevens Blvd. Eastlake, Ohio 44095. The family will receive friends at the church at 10 AM prior to the mass.

In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Justin Martyr Catholic Church or Hospice of The Western Reserve, 17876 St. Clair Ave. Cleveland, Ohio 44110.
