Leonard Ray “Lee” Lovins, 58 Leonard Ray “Lee” Lovins, 58 of New Boston died Friday, June 1, 2018 at his home. He was born October 6, 1959 in Middletown, Ohio to the late Bennie Ray and Shirley Ann Richmond Lovins. Lee is survived by a son; Austin Lovins, a daughter; Amber Lovins, 2 brothers; James Richmond and Steven Riley, 4 sisters; Tammy Sturgill, Sandra Riley, Vickie Riley, and Deborah Riveria, 3 grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, June 3, 2018 at the Roger W. Davis Funeral Home in West Portsmouth with Casey Harness officiating and interment in Vaughters Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 6 to 8:00 PM and one hour prior to the service on Sunday. Condolences may be sent to www.
