Linda Marie Sweatland, age 58, of Anderson, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on March 19, 1960, to Louis and Gwendolyn (Gawthrop) Snyder. On August 16, 1980 she married the love of her life Jeffrey C. Sweatland.

Linda was employed at Red Gold Inc. for more than 17 years, where she worked in the Accounts Receivable department. Linda loved gardening and having animals. She loved her grandchildren dearly and enjoyed time spent fishing with them.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, of 38 years, Jeffrey Sweatland of Anderson, mother, Gwendolyn M. Snyder, 2 sons, Joshua J. (Kristen) Sweatland of Oveido, FL and Jacob J. (Hillary) Sweatland of Fayetteville, NC, grandchildren, Jackson Sweatland, Kennedee Sweatland, Madelyn Sweatland, and Judah Sweatland, 2 brothers, Randall (Lora) Snyder and Kevin Snyder, several in-laws and several nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her Father, Louis L. Snyder. A Graveside funeral service will be at 1:00 pm Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Oakwood Cemetery, 421 N. Maple Ave.

Warsaw, IN 46580, with Rev. Bruce Barlow officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, November 8, 2018, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm, at Dunnichay Funeral Home, 1113 S. Anderson St., Elwood, IN 46036.
