Linda Sue Hext August 24, 1947 – December 28, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers Send Sympathy Gifts View/Sign Guest Book| Send Sympathy Card Linda Sue Hext, 71, of Yukon, died Friday, December 28, 2018, in Oklahoma City. The daughter of James Thomas Sullivan and Loleta (Dodson) Sullivan, she was born August 24, 1947, in Lockhart, Texas. Linda worked for many years as a property manager for the Oklahoma State Housing Authority, retiring in 2015.

She attended Life Church in Yukon. In her spare time, Linda enjoyed shopping, antiquing, gardening and playing cards with friends in her apartment complex. She participated in various activities at the Yukon Senior Citizens Center.

Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time with her family and friends, especially her children and grandchildren. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, J.R. Sullivan.

Linda is survived by three daughters, Tracy Robertson and her husband, Ron, of Yukon, Kim Poynter of Midwest City, and Melodie Hext of Montana; three granddaughters, Sarah Miller and her husband, Brandon, of Midwest City, Taylor Dennis and her husband, Trey, of Oklahoma City, and Reese Robertson of Yukon; two great grandsons, Carson and Colton; three sisters, Patsy White of Shawnee, Judy Gordon of Wellston, and Cindy Lazo of Norman; and many other loved ones and friends. The family will hold a memorial service at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 4, 2018, at New Life Harvest Church, 14429 Southeast 59th Street, Choctaw, OK 73020. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard.
