Obituary for Lois Satterfield Lois LaVaughn Satterfield, 54, of Clarksburg passed away Friday morning, June 29, 2018 at River Oaks Nursing Home, Nutter Fort. She was born February 26, 1964, a daughter of the late Harry R Satterfield and Shirley LaVaughn Zirkle Satterfield. Also deceased is her infant brother, Rodney Bruce Satterfield.

She is survived by her sister, Judith Lynn “Judy” Spidel and her husband Rickey Scott Spidel, Bowling Green, KY; her brother, Brian Keith Satterfield and his wife, Susan, Marshville; her niece, Tia Mae Simon and her husband, Daniel and nephew Travis Max Spidel and his wife Brandy, all of Bowling Green, KY; several other nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Lois graduated from Liberty High School. She was a member of Marshville Baptist Church.

She enjoyed visiting the residents at River Oaks Nursing Home, playing bingo and participating in activities. Lois loved her family and friends and always put a smile on everyone’s face and would always called to check on everyone. Friends will be received at the Harmer Funeral Home, 300 Pike St., Shinnston, WV on Monday, July 2, 2018 from 3-8 PM.

Interment and service will be conducted at Marshville Baptist Church at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, please make donations to Marshville Baptist Church, 238 Marion Heights Rd. , Clarksburg, WV 26301.
