Loreda Ann Miller, age 80 of Falls of Raugh, KY died Friday, February 15, 2019 at her residence. She was born in Locust Hill, KY on August 10, 1938, the daughter of the late Roy Albert and Katie Frances Kinnerson Carman. Loreda was a member of Falls of Rough Baptist Church.

She retired from the Breckinridge County Board of Education after many years as janitor and cook at McQuady Elementary School. She loved family get togethers, baking, sewing and traveling. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Arthur Miller and son-in-law Buddy Ward.

Loreda is survived by her daughters: Tammi Ward of Caneyville, KY Ann Janette Allen (Roger) of Falls of Rough, KY 5 grandchildren: Taletha Kerr (Anthony), Elisha Rusher, Kyle Allen (Jennifer), Seth Ward and John Carroll 7 great grandchildren: Austen Gilbert, Peyton Kerr, Ryleigh, Braxton & Kynleigh Rusher, Carson Covert, Mizuki Ward 1 sister – Elsie Kennedy of Garfield, KY several nieces and nephews Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home in Hardinsburg, KY on Tuesday, 2-19-2019 at 11 AM with burial in the McQuady Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, 4-8 PM and Tuesday after 8 AM. Expressions of sympathy are suggested to Falls of Rough Baptist Church, American Cancer Society or American Heart Association.
