Obituary for Loretta Marcel Chaisson Loretta Marcel Chaisson, born January 16, 1930, has gone to her eternal life September 1, 2018. She leaves behind her husband, Jackson of 72 years; her children, Linda (Ronnie) Danos, Jackson, Jr. (Ted), Dennis (Judy), and Susan (Eddie) Ellender; sisters, Lorraine Levron and Ouida Hingle; and 12 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Bonnie Jane Melancon; parents, Dennis and Gladys Marcel; brothers, George, Earl, Walter; and sister, Marge Chauvin.

Visitation will be Wednesday, September 5, 2018 from 9-11 am at St. Louis Catholic Church, Bayou Blue. Burial will take place in the church cemetery. She was a dedicated wife and mother and supported all who knew her.

She loved cooking, sewing, handcrafts, and fishing. She was a life long parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church, Bayou Blue. She will be missed by all who knew her.
