OBITUARY Louie Fowler February 19, 1931 – November 4, 2018 Louie Fowler, age 87 of Crane Hill, AL passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018. He was a wonderful and devoted husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather who was very much loved and will be greatly missed. He loved more than anything spending time with his family and grandchildren.

Mr. Fowler enjoyed working in the garden with Nannie, fishing, and showing the grandkids how to plow a garden. He was retired from Forbes Distributing with over 30 years of service. Mr. Fowler was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Ingram Fowler; parents, Homer and Lois Fowler; and sisters, Opal Hays and Clara Gilliland.

He is survived by a son, Layne Fowler (Terri); his daughter, Lisa Wilkinson; grandchildren, Alan Wilkinson (Tiffany), Amy Wilkinson, Adam Wilkinson, Aaron Fowler (Emily), Anna Gibbs (Tyler), and Andrew Fowler; great grandchildren, Wyatt, Leia, Hunter Wilkinson; and Brayden, Makenna Rylan Wilkinson; Baylee Hill and Lawson Gibbs. Chapel services will be held on Wednesday, November 7th at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel on Wednesday at 12 Noon with visitation beginning one hour prior to service time. Interment will follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens.
