OBITUARY Teresa Crocker October 29, 1962 – December 21, 2018 Teresa Portugues Crocker, age 56, of Fultondale, Alabama passed away peacefully in her sleep on Friday December 21, 2018. Teresa was born October 29, 1962. Teresa is a graduate of Bradshaw High School in Florence, Alabama.

She attended St. Vincent School of Nursing and received her bachelors degree in nursing from Auburn University Montgomery. Teresa was employed in the NICU at UAB Hospital and was previously employed at Carraway Hospital. She was preceded in death by her mother Nancy Portugues and her sister Yvette Wisdom.

She is survived by her husband Clay Crocker, her son Eric Crocker, her father Manuel Portugues, her sisters Karen Portugues and Susan Pickett (Paul). She is also survived by nieces and nephews; Dain Stewart, Cathryn Cantrell, Emily Portugues, JR Pickett and Alicia Standford. She is also survived by her beloved aunt Margaret Seriel.

A celebration of life visitation for Teresa will be held Friday, December 28, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ridout’s Gardendale Chapel, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071. A celebration of life memorial service will occur Friday, December 28, 2018 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM, 2029 Decatur Highway, Gardendale, AL 35071.
