Louis’ Obituary Louis E. Rohr, 76, Green Bay, died Saturday, January 5, 2019. He was born on September 2, 1942 to Louis and Ceil (Szmanski) Rohr. He is survived by his wife, Ilene; children, Carrie (Andy) Donovan, Curtis (Christine) Rohr; eight grandchildren; brother, Edward (Jean) Rohr; sisters-in-law, Judy (Richard), Mary (Brian); and brothers-in-law, Randall and Raymond.

He was preceded in death by two brothers-in-law, Larry and John; and a sister-in-law, Betty. Per Louis’ wishes a private family service was were held. Blaney Funeral Home is assisting the family.
