Louise A. Flynn, 71, of Quaker Lane, North Scituate, RI passed away on Sunday, January 6, 2019 at St. Antoine’s, North Smithfield , RI, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Fall River, MA on February 7, 1947, she was the daughter of the late Conrad and Marguerite (St. George) Cote. Louise was an LPN at Mt.

St. Rita’s, Cumberland, RI, for five years until retiring. She also worked at Waterman Heights Nursing Home, Smithfield, RI, from 1980 to 1992. Louise was a communicant of St. Paul’s the Apostle Catholic Church for thirty years where she also played the guitar and involved in the music ministry.

Louise is survived by two sons: Matthew J. Flynn and his wife Angela and Timothy B. Flynn, two brothers; Maurice Cote and Richard Cote, a sister; Paulette Dugas and two grandchildren; Louisa and Noah. A funeral will be held on Friday, January 11, 2019 at 8:45 am in the Gorton-Menard Funeral Home & Crematory, 721 Washington Street, Coventry, RI with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 am in the St. Paul’s the Apostle Catholic Church, 116 Danielson Pike, Foster, RI. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, January 10, 2019 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
