Lynn Ann Miller, 73, of Wapakoneta, passed away the morning of September 10, 2018 at Vancrest of St. Marys. She was born on July 21, 1945 in Lima, to Cletus G. and Wanda E. Neff Metzger, who have preceded her in death. She is survived by her three children, Michelle Tidwell, of Botkins, Ron (Rosie) Miller, of Wapakoneta, and Deb (Ted) Winner, of Minster; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; two sisters, Denise Walter, of Toledo and Anita (Willy) Kreitzer, of Wapakoneta; and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, Lynn was preceded in death by her son-in-law, Brian Tidwell; and brother-in-law, Phil Walter. A graduate of Wapakoneta High School, she was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and the Wapakoneta Eagles Auxiliary. In the mid-eighties, Lynn began her career with the City of Wapakoneta, working in several capacities before her retirement in 2016.

She most enjoyed serving her community while an EMT for the Wapakoneta Fire-EMS Department. When not working, Lynn could be found cheering on her grandchildren at one of their numerous sporting events, she was their biggest fan. Lynn was also quick to befriend a dog, she loved the company of her four-legged friends.

QVC will always be remembered as her favorite television channel, Lynn was a faithful viewer and shopper. A memorial service will begin at 7:00 p.m. Friday, September 14, 2018 at Schlosser Funeral Home & Cremation Services. Deacon Rick Westbay will officiate.

Friends may call from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Interment of Lynn’s cremated remains will take place in Buckland Cemetery at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Wapakoneta Fire Department Training Fund.
