Obituary for Madelyne J. Trotta Madelyne J. Trotta, 71, passed away on June 5, 2018 at Albany Medical Center. She was born on December 1, 1946, in Syracuse. On December 7, 1977, she married Donald M. Trotta, in Thendara, NY.

They enjoyed a blessed union of over 37 years prior to his passing on June 28, 2015. Madelyne is survived by her children, Gina Trotta, Joyce Gauthier and Louis Trotta. In keeping with Madelyne’s wishes, there will be no funeral or public calling hours.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, June 9th at 2:30 pm at Tony’s in Washington Mills where her friends and family are invited to share stories and the life she lived. In lieu of flowers, remembrances in Madelyne’s name may be made to National Public Radio. Log onto www.
