Born December 17, 1929, in Halifax County, Virginia, she was the daughter of Annie D. Henderson and Herbert H. Henderson. She was resident of Albemarle County for more than 45 years and a member of Cove Presbyterian Church.

Margaret is survived by her son Mitch McCullough of Pompton Plains, NJ, daughter Becky McCullough of Lincoln, Nebraska, three stepdaughters, Laura Dorman, Meriwether Dorman, and Julia Dorman, one stepson Jess Dorman, and six step grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband J. Carr Dorman, three sisters, Ruth Hodnett, Nancy Gee, and Sarah Lebsack, two brothers, Howell Henderson and Charles Henderson.
