Obituary for Mrs. Margaret “Peggy” Markey Margaret “Peggy” Markey (nee Mecholsky) age 71 years of Paulsboro died Monday July 16, 2018 in Cooper Hospital, Camden. Mrs. Markey was a life long Paulsboro resident and taught for 27 years at St. Margaret’s School in Woodbury Heights. She was a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, St. John’s Church and the ladies auxiliary of the Anthony T. Calista V.F.W. Post #5579, Gibbstown.

Mrs. Markey enjoyed cooking, baking and reading. She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, David J. Markey of Paulsboro; her son, David J. Markey of Paulsboro; her brothers, Deet Mecholsky of Wenonah, Bill and Lois Mecholsky of Paulsboro, Frank and Sue Mecholsky of Maryland; her sisters, Agnes and Jack Bachman of California, Julianna Mossbrucker of Paulsboro and several nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM Monday July 23, 2018 in St. John’s Church, 7th and Beacon Aves.

, Paulsboro. Relatives and friends may visit with the family Monday morning after 9:30 AM until service time. Inurnment New St. Mary’s Cemetery, Bellmawr.
