Margaret’s Obituary Margaret J Simon, Kimberling City, MO, daughter of Jens and JoHannah (Johnson) Dahl, was born on October 13, 1935 in International Falls, MN and departed this life on December 31, 2018, at the age of 83. Margaret was a Deputy Registrar where she licensed motor vehicles. She also worked as an accountant and tax preparer, was a member of the National Tax Payers Association, the Catholic Daughters in Minnesota, Our Lady of the Cove Catholic Church, Kimberling City, MO, PCCW, and worked the garage sale at Our Lady of the Cove for thirteen years.

Margaret had lived in the area since 2002 coming from Eagan, MN. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Ivan Dahl and David Dahl and one sister, Elaine Rud. Survivors include: her husband, Leonard Simon of Kimberling City, MO; two daughters, Michele Benedix and her husband, Galen of Nixa, MO and Melissa Olson and her husband, Todd of Isanti, MN; one sister, Helen Mord of Baudette, MN; four grandchildren, Garrett, Katelyn, Hannah and Haley; three great grandchildren, Simon, Brecklynn and Gunner and a host of other relatives and friends.

Memorial Mass will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 at 9:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Cove Catholic Church Kimberling City, MO with Father Joji Vincent officiating.
