Obituary for Margot Frieda Lunde Margot Frieda Lunde, 95, died peacefully on October 27, 2018 at the Zumbrota Health Care Center. Margot was born January 15, 1923 in Berlin, Germany. She survived the tumultuous 1930’s and 1940’s in Germany.

In 1949 she married Monrad Lunde and came to the Zumbrota area. They later were divorced. Margot spent most of her nearly 70 years in the USA in the Zumbrota/Pine Island area.

She is survived by her daughters, Beverly Pike and Barbara Sitsch, son Michael (Nadeen) Lunde, daughter-in-law Debbie Lunde, seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, and her son Russell. No memorial service is planned.
