Marilyn Jean Yenior Kawkawlin, Michigan Mrs. Yenior age 81 loving mother, grandmother and sister passed away Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at McLaren Bay Region Medical Center with her loving family by her side. She was born on January 3, 1937 in Reese, Michigan to the late Roy & Evelyn (Velma) Wascher. She married the love of her life Duane Yenior on February 26, 1955.

She will always be remembered for her love of sewing, making crafts and being the care giver to her grandchildren as well as being a significant mother figure to her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her children Sue (Mike) Niedzwiecki, Mike (Deb) Yenior, Randy (Tina) Yenior, Christine Yenior and Steve (Brenda) Yenior, twelve grandchildren; Nick (Maggie) Niedzwiecki, Tim (Jennifer) Niedzwiecki, Amy (Monty) Miller, Ashton Niedzwiecki, Mitchell Yenior, Micheala Yenior, Kimberly (Mike) Ellsworth, Dedra (Chuckie) King, Jennifer (Nathan) Rosenbrock, Sarah (Chris) Gingrich, Becky (Ben) Benmark and Amanda (Bill) Wieck, 23 great grandchildren. Also surviving are her sisters Gloria Marden, Carol Penfold, Marla Mae Herrington, a sister in law Charlene Knight and numerous nieces and nephews whom she adored. She was predeceased by her husband Duane, and siblings Lester, Virgil, Larry and Gordon and sister in laws Phyllis and Catherine.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, July 6, 2018 at 11 am from St. John’s Lutheran Church with Pastor David Jung presiding with burial in Floral Gardens Cemetery. Friends may call at the Lee-Ramsay Funeral Home on Thursday from 3 to 8 pm. On Friday, Marilyn will lie in state at the church from 10 am until time of service.
