Marion F. Gardner, 80, of Lincroft, New Jersey, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at Bayshore Community Hospital in Holmdel, New Jersey. She was born Marion Barton on July 22, 1937 in Manhattan, New York, where she was raised. In 1952, she relocated to Ridgefield Park, New Jersey and in 1958, after marrying her first husband, she moved to New Orleans, Louisiana.

Marion returned to Ridgefield Park, New Jersey in 1966, where she remained until 1976, when she married her beloved husband, Bob Gardner and they settled in Matawan, New Jersey. In 2006, Marion and Bob moved to Loftman Towers in Lincroft, New Jersey, where she was currently residing. She was predeceased by her parents, Edward and Elizabeth (O’Leary) Barton, and her beloved husband, Robert J. Gardner.

Marion is survived by her loving son, Terence Crawford and his wife, Leisa-Anne Smith, of Flagler Beach, Florida. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten. In respect of Marion’s wishes, she was privately cremated.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 9:15 AM at St. Leo the Great Church, 50 Hurleys Lane, Lincroft, New Jersey 07738. For information, directions, or to send condolences to the family, please visit, www. shorepointfh.com.
