Marjorie K. Coari Age 83, of Salem passed away Saturday, October 13, 2018 at St. Josephs Home and Rehab Center, Kenosha, WI. Marjorie was born March 12, 1935 to Ferdinand and Ella (nee Peterka) Koeka in Oak Park, IL. Her early life was spent in Berwyn, IL where she graduated from High School.

On April 22, 1974 she was united in marriage to John Rocco Coari in Cook County, IL following their marriage, they resided in Riverside, IL. Marjorie lived in Salem the past 12 years. Marjorie… Read More » was retired, but had worked at Allstate Insurance Co processing Insurance Claims.

She worked for the Humane Society in Arizona and was very dedicated to caring for her brother Raymond. Marjorie is survived by her sister Judith C. Thomas, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Raymond Matejka, Ruth Ann (Joseph) Petrik and Fred Allen Koeka.

The family has suggested memorials be made to the Animal Charity of your choice. Funeral Services will take place on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 at 2:00PM at the Polnasek-Daniels Funeral Home. Burial will follow services on Wednesday at the Union Grove Cemetery.
