Mrs. Mary Christine Lee Miles transitioned peacefuly and quietly on April 19, 2018. She was born July 29, 1939 in Orange County to Gilda Washington Lee and Catherine Torain Lee. She was married to Walter Miles and together they were blessed with 5 wonderful children.

For many years she was a Cook and Bus Driver for Pleasant Grove Elementary School. She was well known for her delicious meals and catering services she provided for many. She was truly blessed with the ministry of blessing others with food for the soul.

She was a graduate of Pleasant Grove Union High School. Remembering her with love and devotion are: her loving husband Walter Miles; five children; Nelson Miles, Alida Miles Farmer (A.J.), Vernon Miles (Hope), Daryl Miles (Sherri) and Amanda Miles Felton (Tamari); 11 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; 4 siblings: Alvis Lee (Phyllis), Betty Lee Neal, Ruthie Lee Williams and Alice Lee Wiley as well as many nieces, nephews, sisters and brothers-in-law, other relatives and dear friends.
