Mary Eleanor Cason, 93 of Westminster died on Saturday, June 30, 2017 at the Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford Delaware. Born October 24, 1924 in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Charles R. Griffith and Rose Huffman Griffith. Her husband Edward Norman Cason, Sr. died on January 9, 2012.

She was a member of St. John Catholic Church. She enjoyed her cat Delaware and playing Bingo. Survived by son, Edward N. “Ed” Cason, Jr. and wife Debbie of Bridgeville, Delaware, daughter Rosemary Jones of Baltimore, one sister Doris Beansach of Baltimore, one brother Sonny Griffith of Baltimore.

Also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. Prayer Services will be held on Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 10:00 AM, at Fletcher Funeral and Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St. Westminster. Interment will be in Lake View Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday, July 6, 2018 from 2 until 4PM, and 6-8PM.
