Loretta Jean Graper, 58, of Hanover, PA, formerly of Westminster, died Friday, September 14, 2018, at Carroll Hospital Center. Born November 25, 1959 in Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Rose and James Coulter. She was the wife of the late Alex Charles Graper.

She most recently worked as an Inventory Manager for Bed, Bath and Beyond. She was a kind, caring woman and the only one to have enough patience to raise her five sons. She is survived by sons Joseph Graper and wife Angel of Wilmington, DE; Andrew Graper of Pittsburgh; Maxwell Graper and wife Ruth of Westbrook, MA; Robert Graper of Hagerstown and Thomas Graper of Hanover, PA; sisters Adelita Ryan and husband Joe, Meldine Foremsky and husband John and a brother Jim Coulter and wife Barb, all of Pittsburgh.

Also survived by 5 grandchildren. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 20, 2018 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 E. Main St., Westminster. Prayer services will be held at 1 p.m. Interment will follow in Pleasant Valley Cemetery.
