Elizabeth Cecelia Glover, 81, of Westminster, passed away on Saturday, October 27, 2018 at Integrace Fairhaven in Sykesville. Born December 15, 1936 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late Peter and Gladys (Guy) Krastel. She was the cherished wife of 58 years to Frank Morris Glover, whom she married December 19, 1960.

Elizabeth began her working career as a telephone operator for C&P Telephone Company, and retired from Giant where she worked as a cashier and florist. She enjoyed… Read More » cooking and spending time in her gardens- and was known for her wreath making talents and floral arrangements. Above all she adored her family and the time spent with them.

She was a member of St. Bartholomew’s Catholic Church. Surviving in addition to her husband are children Christina Glover of Hampstead, Scott Glover, Sr. and wife Dawn of Westminster, Kelley Winner of Westminster; siblings Eleanor Eichelman of Ellicott City, Joseph Krastel of Palm Air, FL, Cynthia Reier and husband Thomas of Sykesville; grandchildren Jake Winner, Scotty Glover, Jr., Luke Winner, Dalton Winner, and Taylor Glover; and former son-in-law Andrew Winner. She was predeceased by her step-son William Glover.

The family will welcome friends on Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd. , Westminster. Funeral services will be on Wednesday, October 31st at 3pm at the funeral home with Father Roach officiating.
