Julia Patricia “Pat” Bell, 91, of Westminster, passed away on Friday, October 12, 2018 at her home. Born March 16, 1927 in Baltimore she was the daughter of the late James Edward and Catherine Gertrude Newell. She was the beloved wife of 25 years to the late Donald Herbert Bell, who predeceased her in 1976.

Surviving her are children Donald Patrick Bell (Carla) of Westminster, James Bell of Westminster, Christopher Joseph Bell (Annie) of Falconer, NY, Mary Schmidt (Mark) of Hanover, PA, Patty McCloud (Dale) of Westminster, Mark Newell Bell of Westminster, Katie Kuipers (Greg) of Silver Spring; brother Robert Brooks of Ellicott City; 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband and parents she was predeceased by 3 sisters. The family will welcome friends on Monday, October 15, 2018 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm at Pritts Funeral Home and Chapel, 412 Washington Rd.

, Westminster. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Tuesday, October 16th at 11:00am at St. John Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster. Interment will be private.
