Joseph Eric Vogtman “Eric”, 48, of Es, passed away on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at Gilchrist Hospice Center in Towson. Eric was born on August 14, 1970 in Baltimore to James Allen Vogtman and Judith Ann Guerrieri. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers; Jason Vogtman and wife Jodie, Christopher Faith and Tyler Faith and his sister Jamie Mooney and her husband Michael.

Eric also leaves his grandmother Alice Vogtman, his aunt Joyce Guerrieri, his aunt Janet Nelson… Read More » and husband Pete and his uncle Robert Vogtman and Aunt Susie. He will be greatly missed by his 3 nieces and 2 nephews; Kennedy Faith, Isabella Vogtman, Grace Mooney, Luke Vogtman and Michael Mooney, many loving cousins and his step-mother Nancy Vogtman. Eric graduated from Westminster High School.

He waited tables at several restaurants in the Baltimore area and will be missed by his customers. He was an avid sports fan, especially of the Baltimore Orioles, the Pittsburgh Steelers and all University of Maryland Terrapins teams. Eric was preceded in death by his step-father, Patrick Faith.

His family will receive visitors on Friday, November 30, 2018 from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at Pritts Funeral Home & Chapel, 412 Washington Road, Westminster, MD. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, December 1st at 11 a.m. with Deacon Doug Kendzierski officiating. Interment will follow at Moreland Memorial Park, 2901 Taylor Ave.
