Roger Kenneth Meade, 71, of New Windsor, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018 at the Dove House. Born July 6, 1947 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late Helen (Simms) Meade and Roy C. Meade.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Svandis Meade. He worked 52 years at Northrop Grumman as a Lead Software Engineer for the Repair Depot. Besides his wife, he is survived by sons Roger C. Meade (Heather) of Kailua, HI and Russell D. Meade (Jennifer) of Columbia, MD; grandchildren Tyler, Michael, Sophia and Emma Meade.

He was predeceased by a brother Robert Meade. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Carroll Hospice, 292 Stoner Ave.
