Frank Staggs, 77, of Westminster, died suddenly, on Tuesday, October 16, 2018 at Carroll Hospital Center. Born November 13, 1940 in Kentucky, he was the son of the late Ora Adkins and Woodrow Staggs. He was the beloved husband of Char Staggs.

He worked as a salesman in the auto market and was a veteran of the USMC. Besides his wife, he is survived by a son Jeffrey Staggs and a daughter Kelly Staggs, both Westminster; brother Earl Staggs of Texas and grandchildren Christopher and Sarah Brawn. Services and interment will be private.
