Larry Steven Nusbaum, 66, of Finksburg, died September 1, 2018, at the Ellicott City Healthcare Center. Born on March 28, 1952 in Baltimore, he was the son of the late John Englar Nusbaum, and Elva Madeline Flohr Nusbaum. He was the former husband of Bridget Garland Nusbaum.

He was a graduate of Westminster High School, and was the owner of Ramblin Masonry. He is survived by a son Anthony S. “Tony” Nusbaum of Hanover, PA. , and 2 brothers Philip Nusbaum and wife Patty of Fayetteville, NC.

, and William “Billy” Nusbaum of Finksburg, MD. He is also survived by 2 grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was predeceased by a daughter Krystal Dawn Nusbaum.

The family will receive friends from 2 to 3 p.m. on Saturday, September 15, 2018, at Fletcher Funeral & Cremation Services, 254 East Main Street, Westminster, Md. 21157. A memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. at the funeral home with Deacon Charles Barnhart officiating.
