Obituary for Mary Lombardozzi (Pfadt) Print Mary Pfadt Lombardozzi, 70, of Greene Twp. , passed away peacefully at her residence, surrounded by her family, following a courageous five year battle with cancer. She was born in Erie on May 6, 1948 a daughter of the late Casimir and Helen Wolf Pfadt.

Mary graduated from St. Benedict Academy in 1966 and worked at Security Peoples Bank for over 10 years. She was co-owner of the Gaslight Lounge and tended bar at the Pufferbelly Restaurant for a number of years. She also worked at JC Penney, LECOM, and was co-owner of Lombo’s Hideaway Café with her husband, David.

Most recently she worked at Ralph Miller Jewelers and Gallery. She was a member of the Grade School Girls Lunch Club and Strength and Courage at the Glenwood YMCA. She enjoyed jewelry making, gardening, and flowers.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her uncle, Bill Wolf; two brothers in law, Jack Rosenthal and Ron Lombardozzi; and her father in law, Angelo Lombardozzi. Survivors include her husband, David Lombardozzi; two sisters, Elizabeth Soety and her husband, Butch, of Erie and Cathy Rosenthal of Waterford; her mother in law, Olga Lombardozzi of Erie; one brother in law, Joe Lombardozzi and his wife, Cindy, of Erie; one sister in law, Catherine Lombardozzi of Erie; and many nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Russell C. Schmidt & Son Funeral Home Inc., 5000 Wattsburg Rd.

, on Thursday from 10 a.m. until the time of the Memorial Service there at 12 noon. Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the Regional Cancer Center, 2500 W. 12th St., Erie, 16505.
