Mary Romios, 81, of Wooster, OH died Monday, November 12, 2018 in Parma, OH. She was born August 29, 1937 in Steubenville. She is the daughter of the late James and Gladys (Cottis) Papadimitriou.

Also preceding her in death are her husband George D. Romios; son James “Taki” Romios and brother Michael Papadimitriou. Mary was a member of Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church where she was a member of the Philoptochos Society having served as past president. She was also a member of the Holy Trinity Senior Citizens group, the founder of the Taki Romios Memorial Library and past choir member and organist, at Holy Trinity.

Surviving are two daughters Effie (Craig) Bagatti of Parma, OH and Alexandra Cairnie of Henderson, NV; seven grandchildren Cassandra, Dr. Mary, Charles and Sarah Cairnie and Joshua, Zachary and Maria Molzan. Calling hours will be Friday, November 16 from 4-8 pm at the Holy Trinity Greek Orthodox Church, 300 S 4th St., Steubenville. A funeral service will be held at the church Saturday at 11 am (visitation one hour prior) Fr.

Nick Halkias will officiate. Burial will follow at Ft. Steuben Burial Estates, Wintersville.
