Mary “Mimi” Wildt Pitts, 75, of Parkersburg, WV passed away on July 9, 2018 at Cedar Grove Assisted Living. The queen is gone. Mimi was born on august 17, 1942 to Joseph Gaston Wildt and Helen Bernier Wildt.

She was a 1962 graduate of PCHS. Mimi retired from the City of Parkersburg with 20 years of service. Prior to the City, she worked for 17 years at Chancellor Insurance.

She was most proud of her work for NASA at Cape Canaveral. Mimi is survived by her daughter Kelly DeWees Robinson (Rob); brothers Jay Wildt (Karen) of Charleston, WV and Dick Wildt (JoAnn) of Parkersburg, WV; her close, personal friend Michelle McLendon; and several nieces and nephews. Mimi was preceded in death by her parents; brother Jim Wildt; and husband Harry Pitts.

The family would like to thank Cedar Grove, especially Amy Cole, for their love and care. Funeral services will be Thursday 11AM at St. Margaret Mary Catholic with Father Steve Vallelonga officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday 4-8PM at Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg.
