Mr. Michael E. Novatnack, 74, of Lehighton, passed away Tuesday, September 4th in The Lehigh Valley Hospital Center-Muhlenberg. He was the husband of the late Kay C. (Neff) Novatnack who passed away April 13th, 2012. Born in Lehighton, he was a son of the late Edward & Ruth (Young) Novatnack.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed by The Morning Call and Blue Ridge Communications. He loved watching sports and enjoyed spending time with his 2 cats, Pumkin & Daisy. Surviving is a daughter, Heather, wife of Benjamin Kohl of Bryn Mawr, Pa.

, 2 grandsons, Jacob & Sam Kohl, 3 brothers, Tim Novatnack & his wife Karen, Terry Novatnack & his wife Mary Ann, Denny Novatnack & his wife JoAnn, nieces & nephews. Services will be private at the convenience of the family. Memorial Contributions in his honor may be made to a charity of choice.
