He was born November 11, 1947 in to Clyde J. and Avis Gill ton. He is a retired cabinet maker.

He was preceded in death by his mother Avis Gill-ton and father Clyde J. ton. Survivors include his spouse Leveta Jackson ton, son Stacey ton (Melanie) and Aaron ton, daughter Mindy ton, brother Patrick ton (Ginger) and grandchildren Brittnie ton, Colton ton and Jessie Teague. Memorial Service at 2:00 pm Saturday, January 26 at Liberty Chapel with Bro.
