Obituary for Michael P. Butler Michael Patrick Butler, 81, of Norway passed away on Monday, April 9, 2018 at his home. He was born on June 15th, 1936 in Iron Mountain to the late William and Edith (Gibson) Butler. He served in the US Navy from 1954 to 1958 and worked for the Iron Mountain Fire Department.

He survived by son, Jeffrey Butler; daughters, Tina (Bob) Flood and Lisa (Bill) Anderson; five grandchildren, Miranda (Joe Brozek), Patrick and Nikolas Flood, SPC Zachary Anderson, and A1C Jared Anderson; many nieces and nephews and their families; and five stepchildren and their families. Mike will be missed by his dog, Muffin. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sharon Butler, in 2016; brother, James Butler; sister, Kathleen Costa; and son, Timothy Butler.
